Are repairs guaranteed?

All our repairs come with a satisfaction guarantee. 

Do you have a service bay?

No. We specialize in mobile auto service and repair. Enjoy the convenience of having your vehicle serviced or repaired, without ever leaving home. 

Do you charge for estimates?

We offer estimates free as an add-on. If you set up an appointment for a symptom related inspection, that estimate is $67.50. If you approve the estimate we will provide you with a 10% off the repair, up to a maximum refund of the full inspection cost.

How long does an oil change take?

Our oil changes take about an hour which includes a multi-point inspection, which includes such items as fluid level check, suspension, steering, and serpentine belt. We come to you, so there is no interruption to your day.

How much space do you need?

We typically need at least 3ft surrounding your vehicle. 

How do you protect my vehicle?

Our jack and jack stands have rubber pads. We also lay down a spill mat under your vehicle to protect your driveway.

Can you do an oil change in my work parking lot?

Yes. You would just need approval from your employer. Otherwise, we can come to you after work.

Can I stay inside while you do the work?

Yes. That is the convenience of our mobile service. You no longer have to wait in a generic waiting room. You can stay in your home, or office with very little interruption to your day.

Do I get a reminder sticker or reminder when my next service is due?

Our transparent static cling window decals provide you a reminder when your next service is due. 

What if I don't know the oil used last time?

We drain all of your old oil, and replace your filter before filling your engine with full synthetic, the type of oil used at your last change is of no concern. We always recommend full synthetic.

How can I pay for my service?

We accept all forms of payment. We have a mobile point of sale terminal, you can pay on location with e-transfer, cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, or Google pay. We strive to make our services as convenient as possible for the customer.

What is your mechanical background and experience?

I started working on cars in 1995. I did a 4 year high school program. After graduation I worked as a full time mechanic before moving on to trucking and aviation. Over the last 28 years I have continued to service and repair my own vehicles as well as those of friends and family.

Will you provide service outside of Winnipeg city limits?

Yes. Our standard rates apply inside city limits, but we are willing to travel if needed.

Do you take last-minute bookings for emergencies. 

We offer emergency road-side and unlock services, availability permitting. Please call and we will send someone if possible.
